Diagnostic & Repair with Upgrade

Take your processing and graphics to new heights with this diagnostic, repair and upgrade service for your PC. We will troubleshoot, repair, optimize and clean your computer in addition to installing software and 1 hardware device.

Technician Work Time: 3 to 4 hours

A Planet Cyber Techwill:

• Troubleshoot 1 computer using Planet Cyber  tools
• Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.) using Planet Cyber tools
• Remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on the computer using Planet Cyber  tools
• Apply AgentTweaks, modifications and all operating system critical updates
• Perform computer optimization
• Remove unneeded startup items and unneeded programs
• Test operating system for proper functionality
• Provide you with an estimated cost for hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution
• Install 1 hardware device (memory, hard drive, optical drive, internal card, MP3 player, scanner, printer, etc.)
• Install any included software that is necessary for functionality on 1 computer
• Configure the hardware device to your preferences
• Test hardware device for proper functionality

The following are not included with this service:

• Restoration/recovery of disc(s) or operating system disc(s)
• Installation of an operating system on hard drive installs
